How to Connect Your LinkedIn Account to MediaPilot

MediaPilot connects to LinkedIn through the official OAuth flow — no password sharing, no browser extensions, fully revocable. Connecting takes about a minute.

  1. Start the connection from MediaPilot

In your workspace setup or configuration, choose to connect a LinkedIn account. You'll be redirected to LinkedIn's own website.

  2. Authorize on LinkedIn

Log in on LinkedIn (if you aren't already) and approve the requested permissions. Your password is entered only on LinkedIn — MediaPilot never sees or stores it.

  3. Choose profile or company page

Connect your personal profile, a company page, or both — depending on your plan, you can manage 1 (Starter), 3 (Growth) or 5 (Scale) connected accounts, with more available as add-ons.

  4. Verify the connection

Back in MediaPilot, your connected account appears in the workspace. From now on, scheduled posts publish to it automatically via LinkedIn's official API.

  5. Know how to disconnect

You can revoke access anytime — from MediaPilot's settings or directly in LinkedIn's permissions page. Revoking immediately stops all publishing.

Pro tip: Connecting both your personal profile and your company page lets you coordinate the two — personal posts typically reach further, page posts build the brand.
